The ABR Advisory Consultants, LLC (ABR Advisory) team has over 30 years of experience in Transportation Strategy as well as Program Management. The ABR Advisory team has provided their expertise nationwide on numerous public and private sector transportation programs and projects especially large complex transportation/ infrastructure design build and P3 highway, transit-bus & rail as well as aviation projects.

Angela has over 30 years of experience in Transportation Strategy as well as Program Management. She has worked in both the public and private sectors including the US Department of Transportation as a Senior Advisor appointee. Due to her tenure in the industry from both the public and private sectors, she has expertise in both client as well as community engagement strategies leveraged by an extensive industry network.

Angela Berry Roberson, ESQ Principal Advisor/CEO
ABR Advisory Consultants are under the leadership of Angela Berry Roberson. Angela is considered a national expert leveraging her legal expertise combined with her extensive 30+ year practitioner experience for private and public sector hands-on program management. She regularly presents and trains audiences nationally about compliance especially on complex project delivery and alternative delivery projects in the transportation. Additionally, Angela is actively involved in several transportation industry activities and organizations and on a local and national level.
She has worked with several transportation entities nationwide including but not limited to:
US Department of Transportation (DOT), WSP, Ferrovial US Construction Companies-Webber, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), Austin Bergstrom International Airport, Denver International Airport, Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Maryland DOT, Texas DOT, Pennsylvania DOT, Virginia DOT, Alaska DOT, Georgia DOT and North Carolina DOT and the California High Speed Rail.
